i have send this mail to the airtel. They provided me with the coupons of rs. 50 each for recharge but whenever i try to recharge i am not able to use them.
Sir/mam,
As i mailed you earlier and there was no response from your side. I am writing it again that my mobile no. Is 8901127772. I have coupons saved in my account which i am not able to apply for recharge. I have coupons of discount of rs. 50 each on recharge but when i recharge i am not able to apply those coupons. Even i call on the customer care, they told me to recharge when the plan is over then i will b able to apply then also i was not able to apply the coupons. My issue is not resolved. Please respond to my quarry.
