I was Placed 2 Order On Meesho on date of 19 Dec 2021 ( Order N. 45180227478 ) and 22 Dec 2021 ( Order N. 74221477060 )
I was recieve a call on the Day Of Delivery ( 25 Dec 2021 at 11 AM ) for both order by Delivery Boy Imran From Ecom Express with this n. 08046801021 and he says that collect your both order but unfortunately I was not there so I was say that plz cancled my order and process to return my money. Then Imran Say that ok mam I am sending u a OTP and plz tell me then I will processed it.
That time I was in hurry so I was tell him the OTP and forget to see in detaild about receive OTP.
Then he was say that ok mam your process of refund is done and your money will be refunded within 1 week. Then I was relaxed and dont se the status. After Passing 1 week when I was shaw the status of refund then I am looking that the both product are showing deliver on 25 Dec 2021 at 8 PM and process for return on 27 Dec 2021 at 6 PM and return cancelled on 29 Dec 2021, and now in currently I was niether receive any product nor any redund. After that I was trying to contact tii many time on Meesho Customer care with sayyed and many if them but they are take too time n repply and I have also talked to the it senior but she disconnect my call
and they all says we can’t do anything. Plz help me to get my money refunded.
