I have already made two complaints on the replacement of a faulty samsung refrigerator by your company . After 4 replacement dates on 13th May 19th May 24th May 31st pay,today you first canceled the replacement order showing return date ended on 14 thMay. Then my order page shows that replacement approved to be on June7th.In between a higher team member named Preetham called me on 30th May about 5.45 and told we will give refund if replacement is delayed. You just contact customer support and tell this.Believing that I contacted customer support to get a reply that there is no refund option for this szmsung refrigerator. Which one should I believe. Fridge is a daily necessity for easy life especially for working class people.Dont go on giving false promises and mere extention dates of replacement. May the intention behind is the fed up consumer will slowly withdraw from the deal and will buy fresh one expending an equal or more sum.paid to you people. Thrusting a faulty consumer item on a consumer on the plea that the oriiginal packing g material is worn out is quite illogical .Neither gives replacement nor refund as promised by a higher team.member. Sri Preetha refund in the form flipkart gift voucher or through bank account. But this is contradicted by your support team whom you told to contact for pursuing the issue. This is too muchc and too bad by making a consumer wait for more than a month after placing order. Please act humanely.Geetha M
