Myself Dr jainendra nishad having a internet connection in Bakshi nagar, jammu. Airtel employees ( sumit and Ankit ) everytime they give me time for fixing the Internet issue. But they don’t come and keep me waiting this behaviour is annoying and wasting my time. In first two sessions I ignored but they always do this. I am paying for services and not getting services from Airtel. Kindly look into this matter and do needful.
