I have been using Airtel services for 6 years now but Unfortunately It is not been the same service provider. None of the services: DTH,mobile networks,Payment bank, work properly.
In DTH,from past few days ,most of the channels(mostly HD) are not coming and showing some B001 error.I have raised complaint thrice and every time they promise that technician will visit but I have not received any call whatsoever and problem remains the same.
In Mobile,I am facing severe network fluctuations and frequent call drops in Navi Mumbai area.
In Airtel payment Bank, their site and app don’t work properly and I am facing transaction failure issue most of the time. Whenever I call customer care they say “please call after sometime as We are facing some technical issue”(this excuse is so regular from their end).
Please do something regarding my queries otherwise you will lose one more customer.
