I had taken one year subscription package of Independent TV in the month of October. From past 8 days none of the channels are working. Its just displaying Error-6. E-87 filter is not enough is the error message. I tried calling customer care hundreds of time but nothing worked out. Most of the time customer care number doesn’t work. If by luck it works, i got to wait for 20-30 minutes to connect to them. Every time i got a response from customer care person was asking me to wait for 24-48 hours, no option other than waiting they say.
Its been more than a week, but its of no use. I feel that, Independent tv company is completely shut down. This is the worst DTH i have ever seen. Pathetic experience, pathetic customer service. Feeling cheated by a corporate company in a day light.

I am getting Error 6, E87 filter is not enough error from past 7 days. None of the channels are working. When ever I try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 7 days but no change

Same problem faced by me also but no response from company
