Hi,
We carried out a transaction of Rs 2999/- on 13th Aug, 2020 for a purchase on a Tablet from Tapgig.in. The payment was made through PayU.
As it turns out, the TapGig customer help id is not responding to our emails and the website Tapgig.in is down.
Transaction information is as follows:
Date of Transaction- 13th Aug 2020
Amount – Rs 2999/-
Request for facilitating reversal of payment.
