On 12th may 2020, I placed an order for an Philips Acqua touchelectric shaver with a order number TSK1758.The payment was made through Pay U money gateway.one Mr Ankit jain talked over phone to me and informed that the product would be delivered within a week or so.on 20th may I sent a mail to inquiere about the status of delivery to www.total shopping cart.com (the link as provided to my mail by the payment gateway.To my surprise the mail was reported undeliverd due to non availability of such account.
I hereby complain to this platform to sortout the issue and find the fact for genera awareness
However to my surprise,The delivery boy handed me a parcel to day at 1.00pm but the profuctis not Philips Acqua touch shaver rather it is a nonbranded chineese product.
