It started in Dec 2021 when fridge stopped cooling and we raised the ticket on whirlpool consumer services. The technician replaced some electronics part. It was not cooling much then still we continued with it. March 22, it stopped cooling and we complaint again. After several calls, technician from Sai Kiran Entrprise was sent who charged us for coil change and gas refil. Stated that we keep fridge open for a day and then it will start working. We believed but the fridge didnt work. Raised the compliant again. Several days later same technician came but had no clue. Asked us to keep the door open for 2 days. Problem persisted so we contacted Sai Kiran again. An elder technician came who said ice had blocked some duct, cleaned it and fridge worked for a month. Again, it stopped working recently and we have been chasing with Sai Kiran for last 10 days, have made umpteen request calls to get hollow promises. Despite spending so much in which we could have bought a new one, we still have a non-working whirlpool fridge waiting to be attended.
Am surprised with the way whirlpool deals with its customer. Moreover, the agencies it has contracted for services are simply inefficient and worst. In this age of customer centric approach, i hope senses will prevail and our fridge will be attended without any delay.
