- I filed my complaint through email today at about 4.02 PM
- This refers to my complaint lodged from my another set with BSNL No. 7535973661 to Mr Uday Kumar, Jio rep, who took 25 minutes to ask the details about my set/No. location etc. He finally said that it will take 120 to 180 days to settle the problem as some tower work is going on. He also said no refund will be made in case I surrender the connection. This type of behavior is neither good nor appreciative. This is not customer friendly.
- I can not wait for 120 to 180 days for your tower work to be completed.
- So, I am in the process of surrendering the connection.
- Mr Udey Kumar does not know Hindi at all.
- When it is quite well in the knowledge of the Jio administration regarding the tower problem, why jio connections are being offered to the public, it is nothing but ‘loot’ & should be avoided.
- Pl refund my balance money otherwise I will seek justice through consumer court.
- My phone connection is still not working due to loss of network. My Jio mobile No. is 9877320087.
