Dear Consumer complaint personnel,
I am pained to inform you about your inefficient service of Jio Fibre in which I was promised by the customer care personnel that a service personnel will be visiting my premises between 12:00 pm to 02:00 pm on 17/07/2020 to rectify the problem faced by me regarding Jio fibre, but uptill now ie; 03:42 pm dated 18/07/2020 no one has arrived nor a courtesy call was given to me. On complaining again to customer care representative, he says that he can maximum reschedule the complaint for 19/07/2020 and can do no more.
Do the customers should assume that Mr Ambani companies are going to be in par with Mr Malya’s. It is a crying shame on the Jiofibre’s part that customer’s are being made to believe in it.
The jio person, Mr AKASH who was running door to door to get the Jio fibre installed is not receiving the phone call now. Real shame on jio’s part.
If Jio Fibre has some credibility left, then they should call back and rectify the problem faced by me at once.
