My hot spot no 9205954906 is not working since 17.5.2019. Several complaints to customer care by phone and E mail made. Complaint s also made by E mail to nodal officer and Appellate authority but no results. They are closing my complaint on paper only and intimating by mail and when I tell them that nothing has actually been done, they will register a fresh complaint . No idea when my hot spot no will start working.
