GTPL Broadband has not been working in our office for the last 3 days. Customer service centre are not picking up calls and inspite of various calls to other personnel to GTPL. The matter has not been resolved till now. i have talked to Sadhika Kazi and Rushali Pawar on Appellate Authority and got Consumer complaint no. 6154087.
It is completely harassments to customer. kindly consider the matter and solve it at the earliest.

I taken first time new Gtpl broadband connection, after payment done, they given after one week connection, but net not getting immediately raised the Complaint numbers are AO109782, AO109852 And AO110789, I went tarnaka office also they requesting it will take two days every time, but afterone week also problem not solved, they don’t have fiber cable in Nacharam, they are planed to giving 1mbps
instead of 50mbps of my plan
