I am trying to obtain color code fuel sticker for my Himachal Pradesh registered car for last few months on bookmyhsrp web site. The site after filling all details does not provide option for home delivery or dealer collection of the said sticker. I have made numerous complaints on email to hsrp, but no reply has been given by them. I am a law abiding citizen and wish to get the sticker for my car as it already has the high security number plate. Bookmyhsrp had been nominated agency to provide this web based facility to citizen on a fee, but they have failed to provided solution to owners with car registered on HP number plate. I would like the company be held accountable for this lapse and be made responsible to pay any challan posed on me for non availability of color code fuel sticker and also compensate me for the mental agony that I faced due to non working of their site and not replying to my emails.
