I along with my family including children came to watch the movie IB71 in screen 3 at DRB palace mall on 15 may.
The AC was failure more than 01 hour caused suffocation and heat.
When complaint, there was no manager available.
His assistant come and made a call to some Rituraj. And he was not supportive at all.
