I almost lost 1 Crore on this website(Betstarexch.com / winstareexch365.com) in last 2 years and done small winnings which got credited to me but eventually lost everything . But first time on 20/05/2025 I won big amount of 2370000/- and I put request of withdrawal but instead of giving me withdrawal they put my account as temporary locked, when I checked with there customer care, they are responded that are verifying my account . I have checked online on internet they are fraud website and first give small winnings and when you develop trust on them and win big amount then say your account in verification then do temporary block and eventually do the permanent block and don’t pay your amount and big winnings, pls take action on them and arrange to provide me my investment or my winning amount,
I have given withdrawal request for 6,12,750/-( All transaction Ids are pending) & around 17,70,000/- is the balance in my wallet

Despite following all the platform’s rules and guidelines, I have been denied access to my account and have not received my rightful winnings. I have not been given any clear explanation or justification for this action, which is extremely disappointing and concerning.
I respectfully request the following:
Immediate clarification on why my account has been locked.
A timeline and process for restoring access to my account.
Full payment of all pending winnings associated with my account.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further by reporting it to the appropriate financial and legal authorities, and through public review
