Deasr Sir/ Madam,
It is very Bad Experience regarding the Negligence of Airtel customer care department handling valuable customers complaint and issues. This is Sachin Shetty, Iam the Post paid Customer of Airtel from past 6 years. Mobile No 7760139139 .I am raising a Complaint about default in postpaid bill No. BM22291007522183 dated 06-Sep-2021.The bill has given including ISD CALLS AND SMS charges which is not done by us. we don’t even have foreign contact numbers in our phone book.Then how can they add extra amount of Rs.977/- for ISD call and SMS charges.We have raised complaint on Airtel customer care from past 12 days through calls and mails and visited Airtel service center.But still they have not taken any action towards our complaint.We have called airtel customer care for more than 7 times.But every time they will say that we will solve the issue and will call you back within 2 hours and disconnect the call.Still I have not received any call from your customer care and issue not yet resolved.How can they so much irresponsible on their customers? Now they are Disconnected my Service forcing to do the full payment . I am requesting you to Kindly Give me Justice for the above. I hope you to take the serious action towards the issue mentioned above and solve the issue as earlier as possible. this is @nd Time i am Raising Complaints In Consumer Court Rehgards Same issue.
