I have recharged on 31.10.2018,till date I have not received proper network and not access on Internet, for this I have make complaint on your toll free no and each time concerned person told that this problem is due to heavy user, its not my paplu. I am senior citizen and using mobile data to talk with my son at abroad and requested to fix the problem or return
my money without any delay.
