I have shifted to new house and since 4 days I have been calling Airtel customer care to shift my broad band connection but there is no response from airtel or their engineers.I am really tired as my phone calls may be checked. They are just making excuses for not comming by saying customer did not respond to their call or new address is not up dated. May I submit that I have dictated my new address to customer care not once but thrice in last three days. I am going through unnecessary harassment as consumer.
