I have ordered a mobile phone ( order no. MT3587 ) Genex Galaxy M21 Smartphone 6GB / 128GB from Mobiletrolly.in on dated 19-06-2020 and paid a total amount of Rs. 2,999/- with shipping by using Payu money on 19/06/2020.
Though it was mentioned that my order is getting ready and would be shipped and they would notify me. No communication received till date. Our e-mail complaints were also not answered. Their contact numbers were not reachable.
Request you to please register my complaint and do the needful so that many like us would not be cheated by Mobiletrolly.in Also, pls arrange to refund the sum of Rs.2,999/- paid by me and oblige.
