I placed an order for one Help India Kit on their website vide order PREM1489 on 22 Jun 20. On the website they had displayed teh cost of kit as Rs 999.00 which was shown to contain One Infrared Thermometer, One pair of gloves, One Mask, One sanitiser spray and One hand sanitiser Gel. The company did not sent me the Infrared Thermometer and remaining four items were delivered on 29 Jun 20. Out of the four items the sanitiser spray was also not in working condition. I had immediately tried calling on the given no 99143 64497 on the website but there was no response. I then sent a message lodging the complaint on the whatsapp and I recd a google form to be filled up and they said that they will call up within 2-3 days. There was no action taken by the company and they did not refund the amount. Subsequently after repeated messages when there was no positive response, I sent a warning message to the given no telling them that I will take up the case with consumer court. On this I recd a reply stating that the product which I had ordered was without thermometer and they sent me a link showing the company advt which was modified by them after receiving so many complaints. The company has sent substandard product and made lot of money by publishing a cheating advertisement and fooled lot of customers by stating to sell five items in the Kit which included an Infrared Thermometer. Action needs to be taken against the owner of the company for such frauds and refund should be given to all the customers.
