I have ordered a phone costing ₹34910 form Addmecart on 20th of November 2020 and after waiting for over a month, I asked for cancellation of order for non delivery and the refund request was approved. After waiting for another month, I still haven’t received my refund inspite of writing over 20 mails and complaining in the consumer helpline portal. I am deeply worried about this and I need to get back my refund. Addmecart is a fraud company that might be fooling many more people in the name of ‘India’s shopping portal’ I request you to look into the details of this online site.
