Sir,
I made a purchase of hydraulic jack(3) ton from a shop called rozyoshop for which i made a payment of Rs999/- n it was confirmed for shipping n then after around 10 days the shop is unavailable.

On may 3 rd, we have ordered a electric cycle@ Rs 1499.The cash was been paid through online. It’s been a month and we haven’t received the product of order number 2137. Let me know the reason why the cycle is not been received.
