I had applied for shifting of my broadband connection of Netplus at their customer care (customer ID 0003843513, from #3320/2, Sector 24,Chd. to #3321/1, Sector 24) Earlier, An advance payment of Rs.2950 was deposited on 10.02.2023.
But after shifting of broadband connection on dated 18.02.2023, I have received a bill amounting to Rs.232 for period 18.02.2023 to 28.02.2023 without adjusting my advance payment and my broadband connection has been suspended on 23.02.2023 for not paying the broadband bill inspite of my request for adjusting the advance payment made vide email dated 14.03.2023.
It is requested that my suspended broadband connection may be restored and my advance payment may please be credited in my account ID 0006001294
