Dear Sir,
On 25-07-22 l had booked a room at “Udaan Dekeling Resort” at Darjeeling, West Bengal for 4 days for the period of 24-10-22 to 28-10-22. On 27-07-22, I had cancelled my booking and on 30-07-22 hotel confirmed my cancellation through email. At the time of cancellation, Udaan Dekeling Resort informed me through e-mail that cancellation charges is NIL and Rs.25948/- will refund to my bank account within 21 business days. I shared my bank details on 30-07-22 but till now they did not return my money.
I have contacted with hotel management through WhatsApp and e-mail several times but they are not responding to me.
You are requested kindly to take appropriate action against “Udaan Dekeling Resort” at Darjeeling and I get return my money without delay. Relevant documents is attached herewith.
