It is to regrettably inform that I purchased a LLoyd AC with my hard-earned money from flipkart dated 09-07-2023 (Order Date) after listening to good reviews online an offline and AC was Delivered on 12-07-2023. I installed the AC as soon as I Received it to check if it is working properly or not after installation we found that AC was not working properly as it was making a lot of noise and we inferred that Fan might not be working properly.
Therefore, following above we raised a complaint the very same day on 12-07-2023 with Lloyd with complaint reference no. “12072323104705”.
Following above Complaint raised it took 03 days for technician to visit from Lloyd on 15-07-2023.
He checked and found that the AC was defective told us that fan was not working, and the technician assured us that he has noted the issue and registered the complaint and will return with AC fan within 3-4 Days to repair it.
After 21-07-2023 the Replacement guarantee period will expire, and your technician has still not reached my home to replace the purchased AC.
Also, I want to know that if for 10 Days purchased AC was under Replacement guarantee for any defects and same has been accepted by LLoyd personnel and please clarify that why it has not been replaced with new AC and why it is being repaired going against your own terms and conditions specified in attached invoice.
I want to know if the Replacement guarantee period is over who will be responsible for the replacement.
It is sad to see such level of laziness and casual behaviour towards customer’s grievances for the purchased Goods from such a reputed organization.
I request you to take this matter as most urgent and on priority as guarantee period will expire by 21-07-2023 and it has already been delayed for too long.
It is to inform that repair of AC is not acceptable to us as a loyal customer as your representative gave assurance for repair instead of replacement and also expect the same loyalty from company on the promises it made during and after the purchase.
