I had ordered for a Aesthetic Bodies Men Off-White Melange Effect Track Pants Size: XL on 24 April 2023 vide order No. 1234236-8057974-7425203 which was delivered to me on 30 April 2023. As I was out of station, I could not take its trial on the same date. I took its trial on 4 May 2023 and found that the product was not fit to me hence I immediately opt for a return. One delivery boy came on 5 May 2023 and denied to take back the product stating some strains in the product. Then I contact the customer care who in turn open the option for return/exchange of the product. So I select one US Polo Assn. slim fit trouser in exchange. The delivery boy came for exchange but he failed to do so as there was some technical issues in Myntra’s system. So he told me to contact customer care and accordingly I contacted so many times. Till date the product lying with me with no fault of mine. Finally, after 17 days, Myntra harassed me and cancelled the exchange order today i.e., 22 May 2023. Hence, I have no option except to bring this fact to the notice of Hon’ble consumer Court with a hope to get justice in this matter please.
