I filled a complaint with the videocon company for sudden stop of my services without any reason. the engineer visited my home and said i cannot resolve the problem as i am unable to understand why your services has been deactivated. so you buy a new connection and leave the existing one. I purchased this connection in May, 2o20. I tried to contact nodal office of videocon, haryana whose office is at model town, karnal, but he also did not respond to my complaint. I mailed number of times on company’s email id as well but the company is no ignoring my complaint. the customer id for my product is 246646427
