I have raised a request on 28.08.23 for shifting my connection to my new location. The request was accepted and executive did the shifting on 01.09.23 but the internet was not working post shifting. After that I raised multiple complaints regarding the same and the executives are not responding properly. Kindly advise if I should move to the consumer court to get my issue resolved
