I was unable to use the internet service on JIO Fibre from 08 July 2022. Further on the night of 8 July, I called customer support and filed a complaint for the same. During the call, the customer support executive assured me that the issue will be resolved by 09 July 10:00 AM. However the same was not resolved and I again called customer support. TO which the visit was rescheduled by them for 10 July 04:00 PM. Further, the same was also not resolved and no engineer visited the premises or even called. Further. on 11 July, I again called customer support and they are now saying that the engineer will visit the premise on 13 July 2022.
Further, I had asked for an extension of my validity period since i am not able to use the internet service for which I had paid in advance. To this, the executive answered that there is no such process of extending of validity period and they can do nothing.
For the last 4 days, i am not able to use the service which I have paid and neither I have been getting a refund or an extension in the validity period.
I have even emailed the problem to customer care and appellate authority of JIO Fibre-Rajasthan but no satisfactory response received.
Please note that i am a working professional in one of the largest banking institutions and currently working from home.
I want a quick resolution on the same.
