Videocon d2h is least bothered to resolve customer complaints
2 weeks back I had raised a compliant for replacement of set top box. The engineer came 4 days later. Meanwhile my balance in d2h got reduced from rs 880 to rs 600 approx. Apart from this there was a charges of Rs 200 apart from this engineer asked for a sum of Rs 350 in cash for which I paid. In addition he replaced my existing HD Set top box with a non Hd one.
Last week, I had raised a request as the replaced set top box got damaged after falling off my hand. The engineer called up and did not visit my home and closed the request. No OTP based confirmation was taken from me to close the request. Further on call he said the existing balance in my account cannot be added up in the new set top box and I will lose Rs 600 form the existing Customer ID.
