Sir/Madam,

As per captioned subject  regarding non resolution of my complaint done in Tata sky .

I have made a complaint on 28/3/2019 just after 10 days of having new tata sky connection that set up box is not working in complain number wo no.#1DW3O0PS dtd 28/3/2019 but no resolution done by there side.

I once again lodge a complaint by email dtd 31/3/2019 ref to WO No#1E3FZTJK but same thing happened. And third one on 1/4/2019 WO No.#1E5XMQA6 but nothing done by Tata Sky.

Finally on 7/4/2019 with complaint ref no.#1EMVD601 their installer visit and changed the Tata sky box on 8/4/201 after making so many call and complain.In mean while my all the balance of account finished without watching any channel.

And now once again there is problem in set up box and I made a complaint before 2 days but no one visits for resolution and my account balance is reducing day by day without watching channels.

so I request you to please look into the matter and help me because I’m loosing my hard earn money for that things to which I couldn’t using.
