I had ordered the PUMA Carina 2.0 Women’s White Sneakers from Nykaa Fashion on 30th June 2025 which was delivered to me on 3rd July 2025. I had requested a replacement for the same product for a bigger size (UK 4). The agent asked for a return and failed the pick up. Nykaafashion has been since then just making excuses and neither are they creating a new replacement request nor refunding my money or picking up the product. Its been 5 days since I have complaint about this to Nykaa Fashion. I have been continuously contacting them via email and on their helpline number, but they are only making excuses. There is no help from the executives at Nykaa Fashion and they have a poor redressal / grievance mechanism for customers.
