Text of Complaint by Rajender Singh:

Sir/Madam,

I had ordered the Havells ES-50 five star white 3 blade ceiling fan on dated 10/10/2018 , which was confirmed by system generated order ID no OD113603520936635000  which was delivered to me within the assured  time. Unfortunately the product was faulty. I raised the issue with flipcart and they assured to replace the same within 10 working days. I was waiting to replace the product very anxiously  till the last 10th day but a message came to me that your order ha been cancel. I  objected the the cancellation of the order and again raised the issue with customer care of flipcart by both email and telephone . I am still pursuing the matter with customer care but they are reluctant to  intimate me the exact date of delivery  and still in a process of lingering on .

You are therefore requested to look into the matter and help me to get replaced the product at an early date with suitable compensation for unjustified delay.
