Dear sir/mam,
It pains me to write this as I had great hopes in the company Eureka Forbes for good after sales services.
I bought the unit aquaguard genius RO+UV+UF water purifier in vijaya digital in Arundalpet , Guntur, ANDHRAPRADESH ON DATE OF 29/10/2015.
Installation was done as per request in a week same year.
After a few days, It was seen that we found issue about water leakage and i was complaint on too many issues on this water purifier.
we had a long discussion after few months they replaced instead of genius RO+UV+UF water purifier to genius + water purifier.
but i am facing lot of issues on this new genius+ water purifier. every month i am raising complaint on this issues.
but still issue has not resolved. please look into below complaint no s

2) july 23 —–2021854433 like this every month i am raising complaint on this , they are not giving proper soluation.
after this experience i moved to AMC(Anual maintainence charges) . AMC END DATE IS 12/10/2021.
PRODUCT COST 21000 rs
AMC CHARGES —-FOR EVERY 2 YEARS 8000 ( 2 times renewed=16000 rs)
so finally i invested on this more than 37000 rs.
I do not know what to do. I am now very aggrcieved and I feel harassed and also cheated of my time, money and energy. Being assured time and again without anyone ever doing anything.
I need to have a resolution very soon. Kindly help me in resolving this issue. For a defective item, I am definitely eligible for AMC.
Waiting earnestly Eureka Forbes to resolve the issue before I need to go and see for any other way out of this problem.
