We were ordering Apparel from Myntra Fashion App on 22/06/2021 & after ordering we have opted to pay online . Amount was 1967/- Rs . Order was not placed but amount has been debited from my Bank Account . We have also raised a complaint against this on Myntra & they have told the amount will be credited back to your account after 72 HRS but now 2 weeks have passed but the amount is still not remitted back .
Bank reference no. for transfer of payment to Myntra is 117320208317 .
