I registered my son with Campk12 classes.Camp K12 a education platform. I paid rs 33000 for one full year course.i was promised by counsellor ,that company has “No questions asked policy on refund of balance amount in case ,parent wishes to withdraw his ward at any point of time,due to any reason” However ,i doble checked the fact with official website of the company,i was relived to note that company declared the same refund policy.Hower in reality ,i duly informed the company about my decision and also forwarded them fee receipt and letter of communication by the counselor.Butt to my dismay the company has not refunded money even after 15 days of intimation.it seems the management of company is bent upon abusing the processes of laws to accumulate and defraud people of their hard earned money.pls help me out
