Text of Complaint by Doren:

An amount of ₹799 is auto debited from my bank account again on 5th July 2021, although i have manually paid ₹799, the same due amount, on 4th July 2021. After being contacted to customer support they had told me that the matter will be resolved within 5 working days. I’ve also contacted the issuing Bank IDFC First bank also but they are not forthcoming on this matter. It’s been been over 4 months now and the matter is still unresolved, so unexpected from Amazon and IDFC First Bank customer service.
