My flight is on 27dec 2021 at 11:30 from mumbai to tirupati flight number is 6E-5393 and the booking id is GOFLDMTANDA1BB4164049971.S.due to some reason i am canceling the flight 4hours before the departure and the amount i am getting in return is 1k.But while doing the refund process it is showing me such as Something went wrong and did it several time and it showing me same thing.Tried with other mobile aslo still showing the same thing.While contacted with the customer care they are telling as there is no booking for such date .So.,i would request this not such a way to deal with your loyal customers if you are cheating us in such a unique way this is not right than.I am gonaa a file a case againt go ibibo for not refunding the money
