on the date 22/10/2018 , in an airtel no (8472099803) I did two online recharge which was unsuccessful (199+199=398 rs). I contact customer care and they said to me that they will refund it within 15 days…but till now i am not receiving the same..I am trying to contact them again again but thjey are not responding. I need my money back withou any tax or deduction
