Sir,
I would like to inform you that we have booked an smartphone OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (Blue Tide, 6GB RAM, 128 GB Storage) through Amazon application vide order No.40-1548357-3134761 dated 19.08.2022 for which we had paid of Rs.17046.22 and received it on .After checking of smartphone less sound and screen quality is not good to be found on account of that the said item returned to Amazon through the bearer of Amazon. After few day replaced the said item which is received on 19.08.2022 in which the above problem is found repeated. After telephonic conversation made with Amazon Customer Care by telling about the smartphone, they have initiated to refund and pickup my phone by bearer of Amazon on 03.09.2022 by calling my Mob No.9555045969 at about 1900 duly packed up by me before them. Which is intensely cancelled the return pick-up on 04.09.2022 reflected in my Amazon Account whereas we have not initiated any cancellation request, thereafter we have several times contacted with Amazon Customer Care and they may suggested to wait two days our refundable amount will be refunded in our account. But till now we have not received any of the refundable amount.
It is therefore requested that my refundable amount may please be refund to me for which I shall ever grateful to your by taking an appropriate action against the miscreant bearer of the Amazon.
