I paid for new connection on April 1, 2020 n the representative informed that will take 4 to 5 days for installation. But till date (July 7, 2020) they didn’t got the installation done. I asked for refund of money but representative asked to do mail to customer support. N the support do not response n neither returning money. They are just doing fraud with customers.
