I booked one flight ticket via travolook portal (Reference No. : REF829836747) which has been cancelled by travolook.in stating ‘some technical glitch’ which seems to be phishy in the first point itself bcoz pos booking the ticket first they asked me to wait for 30min. later customer care called me and said ticket is cancelled from their end due to some technical glitch.!!
Later when I rebooked the ticket than ticket ot booked but with the same procedure as mentioned above.!
It’s 20days now but neither the payment has been received nor the Travolook team is responding. their activities seems very Phishy.
Due to my working porfile I do travel alot but this way none of the Booking portal / agent has acted with me in past more than a decade.!
I am just waiting for another 2-3 days to avoid escalation to respective Police dept.
Same issue I am facing. I am at Oman so cannot get them on their Toll Free number. When send email to their Customer care id is invalid. My wife who is in India call them first she is on hold for over 15 min later they tell her it will be refunded in 5-6 days. This is ongoing for past 34 days.
