Text of Complaint by Maruthi Prasad KH:

I have made an IMPS transaction of amount 20000 Rs through my HDFC bank account on 15 May 2022 to the current account of Coinswitch Kuber account maintained at IDBI bank whitefeild branch of Banglore.In their application it is showing that transaction was rejected.
I am fallowing up with Coinswitch customer team from begining they are reluctant to share the current account details.Kindly do the needful by sharing the current account details .As per RBI guidelines failed transaction must be refunded with in stipulated time,otherwise RBI will impose penalty
