Text of Complaint by Roby Joseph:

I had ordered a sofa from Flipkart in August 2022 (30.08.2022). It is 4 and a half months since I have raised my complaint and to date, I have not received justice in this regard. My request for a refund was accepted in November and to date, I haven’t received any amount or communication from the Flipkart team. Each and every call gets responded to by false consolations. My Bank account details were shared but not updated and I am not receiving any Mail in this regard. And the most surprising thing is that I am receiving feedback requests and advertisement emails delivered correctly. How’s that possible? What is the specialty of that?
