On 18 oct I have made an electronic bill through Amazon pay. But it was cancled. And I confirmed on 23oct status but on 27 oct they told there is no such transactions. After that I have share the screenshot oft my payment after that I have make the call on 14 nov they told you will reach 19 nov .and I called 19 they told youl receive on 23 nov. 25 they ask me to contact bank… And I have contact bank but the bank says you only want to contact Amazon.. after that I again contact the amazing customer service they told we are won’t contact bank… You ask with bank we have processed .. hear after you want to contact only with bank… Like this without any proof how can I contact bank
