We have many time raised complaints against Lg for replacement of machine during product warranty and they have not replaced machine saying no issue in machine without any proof of evidence. We submitted all proofs of photos and videos for quality issue and machine issue but they are avoiding it by doing unnecessary services. Engineer informed about replacement and then do not come back. Now they are also not coming for servide as said with Lg team
