I have taken a fibre connection on 24th March and I paid 2800 rs and while I disconnect my connection on 19th may their disconnection agent did not inform me any single word regarding their non refundable policy otherwise I wouldn’t have disconnect my fibre connection and now they are denying to refund that amount and they are not ready to audit a single call on which call their agent disconnect my number and continuously their customer care agent disconnect my call..
