i have booked Air India fight ticket (4 persons) Rs 15642/- from guwahati to chennai travel date 15 may 2022 through travolook booking REF497158387 (AIR INDIA REF H4B2B) on 10 feb 2022. But air india informed to me the subject fight has been cancelled. so I have many a time approached travolook for refund of my above ticket amount through email and Custermer care. But no refund credited to my account till now. i also spoke .many more times with toll free but they not correct reply why late.
