Subscribed for Jio Fiber complimentary free plan, paid 1500 as security deposit end Nov 2021. Before due date informed, 03rd Jan, call center on cancellation and request was accepted, from Jan 4th every day I follow up call center keeps mentioning they will send an agent to collect the unused box. Purposeful delay is causing unwanted mental stress and no refunds. I am fed up writing emails and have proof of the same. Customer Id 299758448275
